Parcels sent cash on delivery, collected at a parcel locker or collection point will not be accepted.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Electronic payments (Imoje, Paypal) will be automatically returned to the account from which the payment was made
payment being made.
Cash on delivery shipments and payment by traditional transfer will be returned to the bank account number provided
in the return form.
